What this service is

The Bound Trials (“the App”) is a private wedding guest experience: fantasy side-quests, photo or video proof, a scoreboard, optional cosmetic rewards, and a photo dump for the day. It is provided for this event only, as-is, for fun.

Who may use it

The App is intended for invited wedding guests and hosts. By signing in you confirm you are using it for that purpose. Hosts may suspend or remove access if needed to keep the day running smoothly.

Accounts

You may sign in with Google or with an email and password. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share login details. You can ask a host to update or remove your account details where practical.

Content you upload

When you submit proof or photos, you grant the hosts permission to store, view, and use that media for the wedding (including backup in Google Drive and display in the App to hosts and, where relevant, to you). Do not upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share. Hosts may reject or remove submissions.

Gameplay and prizes

Points, approvals, loot, and prize decisions are at the hosts’ discretion. The scoreboard and any 10pm prize call are part of the event entertainment — not a binding contest under consumer prize law unless the hosts say otherwise on the day.

Availability

We aim to keep the App working for the wedding, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change. If something breaks, hosts may redirect guests (for example via the QR fallback) to another way to share photos.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the hosts and operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. The App is a complimentary event feature provided without warranty.
